Turkey Roaster Success

I know it has been a week since Thanksgiving, but I've been a little busy. I just wanted everyone to see my pretty bird. My early Christmas gift of a 22 quart Roaster was the main reason. I can honestly say that it was a wonderful day full of family and friends. The food was just the topping to such a fun day. I was so proud of the kids and all the help they gave me cooking the meal. I'll try to add a few other pictures of the day.

I would just like to say that posting a picture of your cooked turkey just above a picture of the dead rat in the back yard, didn't do much for your presentation. he-he.
Nice and golden brown. Roaster did good.
