Christmas is in Full Swing

You know Christmas is upon you, when you have band concerts to attend early on a Saturday morning. #1 Daughter is a clarinet player and she loves her band teacher. I really appreciate good teachers, and Mrs. Thomas is one of those teachers. However, can't we have band concerts in the p.m.? Well, they let me take my coffee in with me, so I survived. Here are few pictures of daughter playing. You can easily pick her out because she is the only one in the band that wore a Santa hat. They had said the kids could were them and she took them up on it.

T'was saturday morning and all through the house, not a creature was moving me or a mouse. Princess laid next to me, me in my bed as visions of cats danced in her head, as we wondered what and when will we be fed. As I awoke with such noise and such clatter, it was my wife Melinda, whose hunger no longer mattered. I rushed to the door for my wife to meet, only to notice there was no breakfast for Princess or me. Melinda watched Madison play in a concert early in the day, I did not get mad, what could I say. So we laid back down in our nice warm bed, and went back to sleep and played like we were dead. Hoping St. Nick would soon arrive, because it was to cold for me to drive. This was the only way my appite would not be deprived. I wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. Missing my family I do shed a tear. But soon I will see you all and that is no fear.
