Camping, Fishing, and Flooding

We camped over the Memorial Day Weekend. It was really wonderful to get away from the Television, Phone, and Cell Phone. Hubby and I spend 5 days there and the kids got a full 3. Our friends, Becky and Dennis did come out and bring their boat. We had a great campsite on the Lake so the kids could fish and Hubby fished and well. . . drank beer in the sunshine. We did have a few small glitches but I have blessed and released them so no need to mention. The lake is quite flooded and it was like a treasure to see what washed up on the bank. Thankfully the rubbermaid container that washed up on the shore was empty. I was scared that we were about to be a CSI episode.

So here are a few pictures from the weekend.

Our built in fishing area at our campsite.

He hates touching worms, but loves to fish. What a quandry.

Has to be my new screen saver!!!

Finally. A New Post!!!

Ok guys, I'm finally posting on the blog. It has been a month. And alot has happened!!! First, I want to add some pictures from my baby boy being the bat boy at the NWA Naturals. These are courtesy of my dear friend, Becky!!! She did a great job taking pictures of the game and of Son #1. They are all loaded on my flikr account and they can be viewed there. However, I'm putting a few pictures from that and a few from his bugeater game. So you can see we are into Baseball right now. I wish we had some Razorback baseball pictures from May 9th. It was the absolute best Razorback game (baseball) I have ever seen. We beat South Carolina in the bottom of the ninth, two outs and a freshman, Jacob House hit a grand slam. It was movie-esqe.

I will try to do a better job of posting and getting things out earlier. I am also now on Ravelry and I love it. I will put a link on the blog as soon as I can figure it out. Have a good night everyone! Here are the pictures.
